My name is Kelly. I am 31 years old and I live in AZ. I have suffered from Bipolar Disorder and Major Depression for 15 years but I have finally gotten on some good meds and I finally have some hope again. I will be using this blog to talk about my day to day efforts to improve myself and my life. I'll be talking about mental illness, my hopes and dreams, weight loss, writing, reading, depression, and inspirational and motivational things.
